Terms of Service

Kashology is an ad-free adventure game that teaches children aged 4–10 how to earn, save, spend and invest. Accounts are created and owned by a parent or legal guardian ("you"). Children play through hero profiles that you create and manage inside your account. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms on behalf of your household.

• You are responsible for keeping your email and password confidential and for all activity in your account.
• Hero profiles are for your own children. Only add a child you are the parent or legal guardian of.
• You can edit or delete any hero profile at any time from the parent dashboard.
• Chore rewards, coins, seeds, vault deposits and collectibles are in-game play items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

• Kashology offers a Starter plan at $3/month and a Pro plan at $5/month.
• Both plans begin with a 7-day free trial. We do not charge you during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically each month at the plan price until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period already covered.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.
• If we change plan pricing we will tell you by email before the change applies to your renewal.

Please use Kashology the way it was intended: as a supervised learning game for your own family. Do not attempt to break, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service, upload harmful content into co-op chat or chore notes, or use the service in a way that harms other families. We may suspend accounts that do so.

Co-op sessions and chore boards let you play and set real-world tasks alongside your child. Messages inside a co-op room are visible to you as the account owner and may be filtered or reviewed for safety. You are responsible for the real-world chores and rewards you assign.

Kashology teaches age-appropriate money concepts through story. It is an educational game, not financial advice, and in-game investments (seeds, trading and the deep vault) are simplified simulations designed to make abstract ideas tangible for young children.

We work hard to keep Kashology online and improving, and we may add, change or retire quests and features over time. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we are required to by law.

Kashology is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we make a material change we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kashology after that date means you accept the updated terms.
